How to Get There
International and domestic flights arrive and depart frequently from the larger airports of Milan and Rome. Trains then run from those cities to the Tuscan region, and throughout other areas of Europe. Tuscany also has two of its own international airports, the Galileo Galilei International Airport in Pisa and Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence. Bus service tends to be less convenient than taking the train, but the extensive road network makes renting a vehicle a viable option for those visiting Tuscany.
